Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to Australian addresses only. We do not ship internationally at this stage.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping: $8.95 AUD
Free shipping on all orders over $100 AUD — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.
Delivery timeframes
Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Express delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch — $15.00 AUD
Please note delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control including weather events or carrier delays. We will always do our best to notify you of any significant delays.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being received. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a separate shipping notification with tracking details when your order is dispatched.
Pre-order items
Items purchased during a pre-order window will not be dispatched immediately. Pre-order items ship within 6 weeks of the pre-order closing date. You will receive email updates when production begins and again when your order is dispatched. Full refunds are available any time before production begins if you change your mind.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched. You can track your order via the carrier's website using that number.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged please contact us at matthew.hager7@gmail.com with your order number. Under Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a remedy for items lost in transit or damaged during delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Busy Golfer is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error contact us immediately at matthew.hager7@gmail.com — if your order has not yet been dispatched we will do our best to update the address.
